Thanks for stopping my my site! Lots of exciting things are happening at Christine Tavares Pottery!

I have accepted an art teaching position and I will begin teaching K-8 Art this fall. The good news is that I get to make art with kids…how cool is that??!! (I see lots of clay and sculpture in their future). The not-so-good news is that you will see less of me on the art fair and farmer’s market scene this fall. This doesn’t mean that I will stop making work! I will just have it available online instead! I do have 3 sales lined up (check out the “events” page for dates and times), and anticipate adding two more for the Holiday Season.
